6 Month Health Rejuvenation

Two 50 minute sessions per month for 6 months(12 total)

I coach on a concept called Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. As a Holistic Health Coach it’s my mission to help your family make positive healthy changes through nutrition, mindfulness and improved communication, and showing you a harmonious balanced mind and body connection.

I’ll show you how to make positive changes that are unique to your family’s needs, goals, and lifestyle preferences. My approach is to create a fun and rewarding strategy for your family that will create healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

My program is structured around Bio-Individuality a concept where each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. There are two areas we focus on, Primary Foods and Secondary Foods. 

Primary Food-It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your family’s goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Secondary Food-Proper nourishment is essential to balancing the “primary foods”. I’ll teach your family how to enjoy “real food” and to get the maximum nutritional benefits to empower your family to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle.
